There are great new improvements on the new Duplo DC-648 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser:
- PAPER HANDLING: The supported paperweight has been increased to up to 400 gsm.
- FEEDER/EXIT CAPACITY: The feeder capacity has been increased to 4.72” and the exit capacity has also been increased to 5.9”
- PROCESS SPEED: The speed with camera off is 40ppm; The 2 cut/ 1crease on 81/2x11 is now 38ppm with the camera on; 24 up business cards is now 11ppm
- MARK READABILITY: The DC-648 now has auto skew and auto shrinkage readability
- PAPER WASTE: a waste conveyor is added and the waste box is on the outside of the unit. This prevents the operator from needing to empty the waste bin periodically for a long production run.
