All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Since our goods are large specialty items no goods will be shipped or payment processed until Us ( the Company ) and You ( to Customer ) reach an agreement via direct communication as to the terms of the shipping for your individual items.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping costs can vary greatly between items and no shipping cost will be determined until there is direct communication between Us ( the Company ) and You ( the Customer ). No shipping will be started or payments processed until we have reached a mutual agreement as to the needs, speed, and cost of shipping for your goods.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories
The Copier Source Inc. can ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and can ship to any valid location that has been agreed to by Us ( the Company ) and You ( the Customer ) provided that the shipping address meets all necessary requirements for receiving shipment of the ordered goods. Once you request an item our representatives will reach out to you and coordinate the shipping and furnish you with a full list of shipping location requirements to ensure that your item will be delivered in the agreed to timeline and condition. Please note our products are mainly large-scale specialty items that can vary greatly in shipping requirements and parameters. No shipping or order processing will be finalized until Us ( the Company ) and You ( the Customer ) have come to a mutual agreement. Once the mutual agreement is reached we will process you payment of the agreed to amount and the shipping process will commence.

The Copier Source Inc. can ship internationally. For international shipments we only ship F.O.B. ( Free On Board ) to the most convenient port that has been agreed to by Us ( the Company ) and You ( the Customer ). Please note international shipments will always incur extra charges such as customs, taxes, and shipping location requirements. Once you request an item our representatives will reach out to you and coordinate the shipping and furnish you with a full list of shipping location requirements, custom charges, and taxes to ensure that your item will be delivered in the agreed to timeline and condition. Once the mutual agreement is reached we will process you payment of the agreed to amount and the shipping process will commence.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Copier Source Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
The Copier Source Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Additional product insurance can be purchased for you order. This additional insurance can be purchased at the time of finalizing the order with our representatives. Amount and cost of insurance will be determined during the finalization process between Us ( the Company ) and You ( the Customer ) and will only be added to the final cost when an agreement is reach between both parties.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
