In-Person Support FAQ

How much does in-person support cost?

Our in-person support hourly rate is $180 per hour. This includes a complimentary 30 minute support call in order to asses your needs on your first call.

What is the service area for in-person support calls?

The Copier Source is based in the 32807 area code and we base our service area on this:

Less than 50 miles from zip code 32807 is considered to be within our service are and includes no travel surcharge.

Within the state of Florida, but more than 50 miles from 32807 is considered our extended service area and will incur an $100 travel surcharge.

Outside of Florida? No problem! If you are outside of our service area we can still service your machine. Just reach out to us with your exact details and we will discuss our terms based on your information.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

There is no minimum! We are happy to help you with your request no matter the size. Please note that the hours are divided into 30 minute increments.
