How much does virtual support cost?
Our virtual support hourly rate is $80 per hour. This includes a complimentary 30 minute support call in order to asses your needs on your first call.
What are the operating hours for virtual support?
We offer virtual support between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. ( EST ) Monday through Friday.
If this is not within our availability, reach out anyways! We will be happy to find a time that is suitable to you.
How does virtual support work?
At the agreed upon time you will be contacted through whatever video-call medium has been agreed to. Our standard technology is Zoom, but we are happy to work with whatever system works best for you whether that be FaceTime, WhatApp or any other service.
Our technician will then guide you through the diagnosing and attempted fix through the call.
