The Duplo DC-616 Pro might sometimes fail to detect paper after printing with 100% black ink or toner. This happens because the dark print can confuse the sensor.
To fix this, you can simply cover the media sensor with a small piece of white paper, like a post-it note. This will trick the sensor into thinking there’s paper present, allowing the machine to function normally.
