The Duplo DC-618 must be kept with the power on. The transport rollers will rotate every certain period of time, in order to keep the cylindrical shape of the rollers intact. Cleaning and preventive maintenance is recommended every quarter, or depending on usage.
The new equipment comes with full manufacturer warranty, which is 90 days for electricals, and 1 year for mechanics, not including consumables. We at The Copier source Inc, provide a 180 day warranty on our remanufactured equipment.
