The DBM-150 is a highly versatile and automatic booklet maker engineered for efficient, short-run booklet production, capable of operating as a standalone, hand-fed unit or integrated with the DSF-2200 digital sheet feeder. Equipped with two reliable Isaberg Rapid staple heads and a 16-job programmable memory, it delivers production speeds up to 2,400 booklets per hour (or up to 1,720 sets per hour for specific two-sheet configurations). This compact, 188-pound machine accommodates a wide variety of paper sizes—ranging up to 18.11” x 12.6” for saddle stitching and folding, and up to 9.09” x 12.6” for side or corner stitching—while reliably handling booklets of up to 25 sheets of fine quality paper, 20 sheets of art-coated paper, and heavy covers up to 300 gsm.
