The DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder is a high-speed, digital-press finishing solution designed for on-demand bookletmaking, processing up to 200 sheets per minute using Duplo’s patented air suction technology. Built to handle the challenges of digitally printed media, it features two air suction bins with an integrated air management system for fine-tuned adjustments, front and side air separation, and an anti-static device to minimize static cling. It ensures high processing integrity and accuracy through high-resolution double-feed detection sensors, a built-in end mark reader, and an optional barcode reader for managing variable data. Extremely versatile, the DSF-2200 can be seamlessly configured with the DBM-700, 350, and 150 Bookletmakers, as well as the iSaddle 5.0, to create a fully automated and reliable production line.
